Designs By SPB has designed many projects from residential additions/custom homes to commercial retail/assembly designs. I have considerable experience in non-conforming lots & flood zone design resulting in a specialized area of home and building design. I work in conjunction with civil engineers, land surveyors and structural engineers as needed.
The Design Process:
- Site Meeting and discussion of overall design
- Concept design phase
- Sign off on working drawings which include floor plans, elevations, sections, foundation plan, framing plans, details, and structural stamped plans - if needed
- Perform 110mph wind calculations and checklist for 110mph zone and wind borne debris zone
All projects, whether it's a deck or custom home, receive the same attention to detail. I work one on one with my clients to gather info about their wishes, current lifestyle and future goals.
